Shipping & Delivery Policy

At The Velvet Petals, we take great care to ensure your arrangement arrives fresh, beautiful, and on time. Please review our delivery process and policies below.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within a 10-mile radius of our headquarters in Duluth, GA. If you're located outside our delivery area, please contact us to discuss alternatives. Delivery radius is extended for weddings.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fee $20+

Order Cutoff Times

For same-day delivery, please place your order by 1:00PM. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Delivery Days & Hours

We deliver 6 days Monday-Saturday. Standard delivery windows are 11:00AM-3:00PM. We do not deliver on Sundays and major holidays unless otherwise noted. We only deliver Funerals on Sunday

Pickup Option

[Pickup is available at our Headquarters located at 3833 Dandridge Way, Duluth, GA 30096 during agreed time. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready.

Holiday Delivery

For peak floral holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and similar), we recommend ordering early. Cutoff times, available delivery windows, and pricing may differ from our standard policy. Please check the announcement banner on our site during the weeks leading up to these holidays for current information.

Delivery & No-Contact Policy

To ensure safe and timely delivery, all orders are delivered using a no-contact method whenever possible.

Arrangements may be left:

  • At the front door
  • With a receptionist or front desk
  • In a safe, shaded location at the delivery address

Once an arrangement has been delivered, The Velvet Petals is not responsible for:

  • Exposure to weather or temperature conditions
  • Theft or damage after delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout
  • Recipient unavailability at the time of delivery

We recommend notifying the recipient in advance to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be canceled or modified with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled delivery date. After this window, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.
