Freshness Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our flowers. If your arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet our standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

Each arrangement is uniquely designed, and flower varieties may vary based on seasonal availability. While we always maintain the overall color palette and style, slight variations are to be expected and are not considered grounds for a refund.
